The Kriya Yoga Practice offers a deeper understanding of how different postures and sequences open different energy centers, providing a channel for kundalini — the primal energy at the base of the spine — to ascend.
It works toward spiritual evolution and life development, not just physical wellbeing: the aim is progress across the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual all at once.

Asana, practiced slowly
Postures held for longer lengths of time, sequenced to open and align the seven chakras of the subtle body — not rushed through for a workout.
Pranayama breathing
Breathwork drawn from traditional Kriya Yoga, used to move energy deliberately rather than as a warm-up.
Meditation
Guided toward self-realization, building on whatever your practice already knows.
A home practice you'll keep
Every session ends with guidance on applying the method on your own, tailored to your goals and your condition.
